Progress
Progress can be monitored on our platform. Normally you can expect this to be updated several times a term.
If your child’s progress hasn’t been updated recently please email swim@unitedswimmingacademy.com.
Certificates
Certificates and badges are a great way to encourage children to reward children for achievements. Please keep a check from time to time on your customer portal if a certificate is available. When a certificate has been ticked by the teacher, you will be able to request this on your next visit.
The cost for each is £3.50 and can be paid for at the pool.
Badges are supplied with each certificate issued.
If the certificate is not available it can be ordered in.
